Alati - Fleur de sel
Fleur de sel is a hand-harvested sea salt collected by workers who scrape only the top layer of salt before it sinks to the bottom of large salt pans.
It is considered the best salt and is quite expensive. There has been no treatment - thus contains trace elements such as fluorine , magnesium , potassium , calcium.
We combine our fleur de sel with Greek herbs and delicate spices. Fleur de sel can be used in salads, raw food recipes or right after cooking in order to realese an aromatic flavor.
