The Olive Pomace Oil is the oil received from the olive pulp that remains after the first pressing process - which leads to the extraction of the exceptional quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The pomace remained is then industrially reprocessed under high quality certified conditions in order to provide the refined olive pomace oil, which is then bottled under strict hygienic rules. As a result of its production process, olive pomace oil offers less health benefits than the Virgin and Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
